MedBase^™ Medical Practice Electronic Medical Records Software

The MedBase^™ Electronic Health Records Software is a simple and inexpensive entry point into the creation of Electronic Medical Records for Patients. MedBase enables the Physician or Medical Practice to issure the Patient to keep their own Personal Health Records with them at all times. The Wireless MedeRFID^™ and MedKey^™ Portable PHR USB devices contain the embedded software and enable the patients to exchange the records from the Physician's Electronic Medical Records to the Personal Health Records of the patient.
